Shipyards 03:46
In a winter wind, a west county shore An old man sleeps no more Staring out to sea Now he's only seeing Memories... memories The shipyards of the four Countries sending war no more Sending war across the sea Now they're only sending Dreams.... dreams The newborn opens her eyes A promise is a flower of things could be The old man rows back with the tide No longer lost ... in his reverie No longer lost in a dream No longer lost in a dream And the factories of forgotten countries No longer anymore Launching ships into the lee Now they're only sending Dreams.... Dreams....

Ooo-oo-oo, sha sha, oo! Ooo-oo-oo, sha sha, oo! On the periphery Galaxy's end Let me tell you true, my friend On the periphery Headed for home No matter how we roam Always find we're never quite alone Earth's within our sights On the galactic rim, lookin in There's naught ahead but light TIme will come When everything you know Is gone Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, ooh! Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, oooh! The periphery Bleeding edge of now But I get to sleep somehow There's naught ahead but life On the galactic rim, lookin in Earth's within our sights The time has passed Everything is gone At last Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, ooh! Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, ooh! Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, ooh! Ooo-oo-ooh, sha sha, ooh!

Falling Star 02:33
Sometimes the brightest star Sings the saddest song Cause every morning With the Dawn They say goodbye, and they’re Gone…. I can feel it coming down on me What’s your hurry, Got nothin to worry about now Used to worry I got no one to worry ‘bout me No need to hurry, Got nothin to worry about now I can feel it coming down No need to hurry, Got nothin to worry about now I can feel I’m falling down What’s your hurry, Got nothin to worry about now Can you feel it fallin down on me? What’s your hurry, Got nothin to worry about now I can tell it’s comin down What’s your hurry, Got nothin' to worry about

Ocean 03:58
Fell into the ocean Sank into the sea Undulating motion Washing over Down on the bottom You can be free So if you get the notion You should come with me Come with me The ocean heaves The world breathes And everything is floating fallen leaves Under the surface There flows a river Cool, clear life- Giving water And on the bottom That river is a tree And I got the notion That you were just like me You were just like me Just like me Here we go! The ocean heaves And the world breathes And everything is just floating fallen leaves I fell into the ocean I sank into the sea Undulating motion Washing over Down on the bottom We can all be free

Raze 03:43
A thousand legions deep (Destiny to fulfill) Smash your love into the keep (High on a hill) The precipice is steep (Take that bitter pill) Don’t look before you leap Raze… the flag A thousand stories high (The eagle flies with the dove) Launch your love into the sky (Raining fire from above) Eye For bloody Eye Blood will be spilled The gutters flow with the kill And flowers will bloom in time To cover up the crime A thousand stitches wide (Banners blow in the breeze) Sew your love into its hide (It brings me to my knees) Burn it down Burn it down Burn it down Burn it down for those who died Burn it down for those who died

Killers 03:38
Don't take a silver bullet To lift this dreaded curse Or a magic potion That'll leave you feelin' worse And it don't take a spooky woman With a tarnished lamp to illuminate It just requires madness Just for you to feed your hate Cause we are all killers On the land and on the sea Bonapartes and sharks included And of course there's you and me Don't take a wooden stake Driven through a dusty heart Or the national army Firing missiles into the dark It don't take a steady hand To get off that perfect shot Just requires madness And I know you've got a lot Cause we are all stupid Despite our massive brains Einstein included Cause we only use our smarts to dole out pain So stop what you're doing Just give up without a fight And please stop your talking Cause you've said too much tonight Lay down that heavy cross And learn to walk away You think you're doin' nothing But you've done too much today

Around Again 04:48
Glowing pearl, faerie fire Looming world, shining sapphire Blooming swirl, an astral gyre Stellar road in the dead of night To our own embryonic mind Let go Loose the tether One more time Around again Spinning star, orbiting wheel Floating far in a nucleic field Burning heart, to be revealed Embers flow in the dead of night Celestial stone like a fate entwined Static snow, be sure to say goodnight To your embryonic mind Let go Light as a feather One more time Around again Let’s go Loose the tether One more time Around again Floating world, unidentified Shining pearl, so beautiful and wide

We were born underground In this city of rabbits And we don't make a sound When there’s a knock on the door - oh oh, oh oh There’s always a shakedown In the city of rabbits And this is what I found We can't take it no more. No more! No more! The heart of a rabbit So hard to control They just want to stab it, grab it… grab it... Pull you out of your hole The ebb of the springtide In the heart of a rabbit The sway of the plumbline Beats a pulse in your soul. Oh oh, oh oh! All day into night time In this city of rabbits A feeling so sublime We can’t take it no more. No more! No more! The heart of a rabbit So hard to control They just wanna stab it, grab it... grab it.... Pull you out of your hole I was born underground In this city of rabbits And this thing that I've found We can't take it no more. No more! No more!

There's a bend in the river Where the lifeforms tend to start In a furrow that's been etched Across my secret heart I will stand tall beside you With a quiver full of darts That are holding us together As we fall apart Holding us together As we fall apart There's a chance that is given To each and every passing mark In a game on the midway Of the amusement park And I'll walk home beside you Nursing our tattered purple hearts Holding us together As we fall apart Holding us together As we fall apart There's a point in every story When the lifeforms disembark When the secret name I call you Forms a watermark In the shroud of all our days And nights wrapped up in the dark That are holding us together As we fall apart Holding us together As we fall apart

Cayenne 04:16
We ran through the clouds Oh! Such a perfect day! And we’re never coming down From the palisade Rain falls in French On the holiday But the heat of Cayenne Will melt us all The river rushes past Out to the sea Where nothing ever lasts We are true We ran through the crowd Oh, such a perfect day Danced in motley gowns For the big parade The crumbled ruins From the colony Catch the sky’s deep blue And you give it back The river rushes past Out to the sea Will nothing ever last? And we are true! Nothing ever lasts We are true! We brushed through the clouds Oh, on a winter’s day The buildings on the ground Form a colonnade Snow falls in New Amsterdam For the holiday But the heat of Cayenne Melt it all! River rushes past Out to the sea Nothing ever lasts And we are true….

Wash Away 03:12
Wrote a letter to an old friend Thinkin bout those late night sessions But I didn't need to send it Cause memories don't fade away See how they shine on? We marched against the king Fighting for common decency But it don't change a thing When he can just turn away Throw your words into a forest You climb the highest tree From there you can see forever That song is such a gold friend Brings to mind those late night sessions And those seeds we need to tend Before they wash away Throw your words into a forest Grow your forest on the mountain Throw it all into the ocean And watch it wash away It'll never fade away It'll never fade away

Blue 04:08
Seconds trip, trip, tripping For the listing ship Slipping slowly down its spine And fate is sipping At a fatal clip As we sink into the brine But who can resist the Siren's call? Her chorus whipping Like a pistol grip Chipping sweetly at my mind And sweat is drip, drip, dripping From my upper lip And I'm surely out of time But the blue... enraptures me The blue... embraces me The blue... captures me The blue... defaces me Fish are snipping At my fingertips Unzipping me from my rind And my skin is ripping Sharks take a nip Stripping me Of what was mine And the blue... welcomes me The blue welcomes me Who... can resist? Tell me, who....?

Let the brine kiss thee like the strongest wine “Take me away in you,” she cried Rejoice and delight in this night Til dark and lovely jewels glitter the tide “Arise my beautiful one Now the winter rains are over and done.” And now we must face the dawn Pale like the moon, bright like the sun With this salt I thee wed An ancient red dowry My left arm is under your head While your right arm doth embrace me Even the carrion birds have flown Dark and lovely jewels litter their graves A silver and blue chariot is drawn Bright like the sun under the waves Under the waves Step into my water There to give you my love Under the waves! Bright like the sun Under the waves

Can't see the shore And I don't want your Land no more I know for sure Float ... on ... by! Float ... on ... by! Float ... on ... by! I don't want war And I ain't gonna score Myself no more I know for sure Float ... on ... by! Float on by Float ... on ... by Since the beginning of time We have dreamed of moving Slicing through primordial seas Brachiating trees Scanning the savannah for food We try to run, and we fall, we trip Hovering in the air like the pear In your mother's favorite gelatine dessert We scurry through tunnels Beneath the ruins of ophidian cities Ancient and weird But now we no longer run or walk or fly We only move in shiny metal boxes stretched to the horizon to sit within room within room Within room within room within room Within room within room within room Before hurrying home To drink our boxed wine And prepackaged meals And once again I find myself in strange cities navigating a network of bridges, tunnels And roads and rivers On a rendezvous with old friends Whose faces I've never ever seen And I wander But then I remember I wonder But then I remember Every morning waking up with the ache Of being unable to move Being encased in amber. And I remember I could always fly away I could always fly away Floating on the atmosphere I could always fly away A cannonball! ‘Til I fall ... Awake I could always fly away I could always fly away

We are all children Immigrants, sons, and daughters We are the bastards of slaughter Waves cresting the shore On floating cotillions Swirling ecosystems Imperfect conditions Resistance engines roar And we march back to the sea... We march back to the sea Before we turn into machines All going home We're not just civilians Cogs, sprockets, or pistons On suicide missions Fighting atomic wars For countless generations Nomadic sons and daughters We are the bastards of slaughter Our alma mater And we march back to the sea... We march back to the sea We march back to the sea Before we turn into machines All going home

about

Ghost is dedicated to lost friends and family, to the people fighting on the front lines, and to the survivors carrying on everywhere.

It began as a tribute to a friend, but then grew into so much more. I wanted to help some of my fellow musicians who were struggling from loss of work during the pandemic and also find a way to remotely connect and play music with friends.

I feel extremely blessed and lucky to have worked with so many talented musicians and artists, and I cannot thank them enough for the opportunity.

All proceeds from album sales will be donated to Feeding America; Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières; and local charities for helping fight the economic hardship of Covid19.
